So I’m very much overdue for an update. At some point I’ll do the usual book promotion, but for now I’d like to mention my admiration of Remedios Varo. Her artwork is a wonderful blend of fantasy, imagination, thought and beauty. The painting below is one of my favourites. Looks deceptively simple, but has a touch of sinister social commentary and wonderfully imaginative. One day I’d like to be as talented an artist as her. I’d recommend that anyone google her work.
